There is a super outdoor village pool with a slide and jump boards, tennis courts, crazy golf and a lovely childrens playground with cafe.
Only one hour drive from Salzburg airport, close to Zell am See for water sports, swimming and shopping as well as Kaprun for skiing all year on the glazier.
SKIING
Rauris is perfect for both beginners to experienced skiers and good for snowboarders alike.
Beginners can enjoy a great ski school with all tutors speaking English and German. Intermediates can ski stress free with wide slopes and very little queue time on the lifts with many people coming back year after year and no need to wait for ski buses as the gondola is on your doorstep.
In 2017 they opened a brand new ski lift, new slopes and extended pistes adding to the already great skiing at the resort. With 36km of skiing available there is plenty to experience and explore.
There are plenty of restaurants or hotels to eat out in the village along with the beautiful traditional mountain huts serving hot food throughout the day with amazing valley views and sun terraces.
Some of Austrias well known ski resorts are within 20-30 minutes drive opening you up to an amazing ski experience all year round.
A cross country ski trail is also available with 40km track along the valley floor.
APARTMENT
The modern apartment is well equipped with lounge, dining and kitchen area open plan with folding doors out to the garden with bbq and garden furniture available. There are 2 bedrooms, one master with king size bed and the other with full size bunk beds. Wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables, highchair, cot are all available for you use in the rooms. A family bathroom with wc, basin, bath and rainfall shower over with shower screen.
There is free use of the onsite pool and spa included in your stay, great after a day on the slopes skiing or after a summers day hiking.
The kitchen is modern with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven & hob and coffee machine.
After a day out you can relax in the onsite spa, take a sauna or steam room for those aching muscles. The 20m pool is warm and has a life guard on duty so you can lay back on the sun lounger and read a book, take a dip, admire the views and relax.
Also available is an onsite gym located in the underground car park if you need to keep up with fitness levels whilst on holiday.
The apartment also has a smart TV, dvd player and board games to keep you entertained.
All facilities including the boot/cycle room, laundry,gym and pool can all be accessed via the underground car park from the apartment within moments.
The apartment is very child friendly and being on the ground floor leading out to the garden is great for kids to play while you relax in the sun loungers on the patio area.

Rauris has a great selection of amenities just 2 mins from the apartment and a number of lovely traditional restaurants and hotels to eat out along with two supermarkets.
A great outdoor pool with slide, jump boards and childrens pool, crazy golf and childrens play park with cafe all within easy walking distance.
OUTDOORS
The are approx 250km of walking and cycling trails along the valley to choose from as well as plenty of great walks within easy reach of the resort.
Austrias tallest mountain, the Grossglocker is only 45 min drive and for kids has a super little zoo and park at the bottom.

Thermal Spas for an amazing family treat are 30 minutes away and have multiple pools, slides, cinemas and cafes to choose from all included in their entry price.
