Property Description
The small, modern apartment Amseli offers approximately 40m2 space for 2 people (+ cot / dog). The apartment is on the first Stock and was in 2017 renovated and refurbished. The quiet residential area, right in the countryside with plenty of multiple views of the countryside guarantees pure relaxation and recreation.
The equipment is of high standard and offers for your holiday stay a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
The apartment is divided as follows:
– A cozy living / bedroom with a large double bed – 1.80 x 2 m – (also available as single beds convertible), a TV, two closets and a dresser (cot is upon request erected) and a small sitting area,
– A fully equipped kitchen with oven / microwave, induction hob (2 zones), fridge freezer, dishwasher and a dining table with seating for 4 people
– A small bathroom with WC / shower, sink, hair dryer and natural light.
All windows (except the bathroom) have a fully darkened shutters and built-insect screens.
You are welcome to bring your dog (max 1 pet). But please bear in mind that the apartment in the first Stock is and this can only be reached by stairs.
Towels and linens are included.
The apartment is a Non smoking.
Ample parking space is also on the road outside the house.

The name Amseli is the way for the great variety of birds, which is native to and on our property. Every year thereafter known species such as Blackbird, tit, robin, woodpecker nest here & Co.

The health clinic and health clinic Föhrenkamp Hellbachtal are about 10 minutes. away by car.
The Kneippkurort Mölln is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to stroll and relax.
Location:
The apartment is located centrally in the Duchy of Lauenburg – Schleswig-Holstein – in the immediate vicinity of the spa town of Mölln. It is only a short drive from Mölln, Ratzeburg, Lauenburg and Geesthacht and various shops.
The Lauenburg Lakes Nature Park is one of 40 lakes one of the tourist highlights. The Schaalsee Schaalsee in the beautiful region is even the deepest lake in northern Germany. The surroundings of the nature park with the neighboring woods invites you for bike rides and walks. The Wild Bird watching is possible in the natural park without much effort.

In the south the Elbe flows and forms the border with Lower Saxony – in the north of the Baltic Sea is only 40 minutes away by car.
Transport links are excellent. The next ramp to A24 is 2 km away. The B207 is connected directly to the site and take you to the Baltic Sea motorway A20 or Towards the Elbe – Lauenburg Lüneburg / Lower Saxony.
Hamburg and Lübeck are within 20 min. to reach by car. Schwerin, Travemünde and all other Baltic cities of the Bay of Lübeck, Wismar, Boltenhagen and the island of Poel are within 40-60 minutes. to reach by car.
Furthermore, there is a good bus (5 minutes) on the B207 available.
