Property Description
The apartment is on the first floor of a farmhouse from 1905. The living room has a view over the 5000m² beautiful, child-friendly south-facing garden and the 2-hectare horse and alpine pasture. Visits of the alpacas on the paddock are included but must be accompanied by us. There live 3 dogs, 2 cats, 16 alpacas and 4 horses in the yard. The horses are setters and are not available for riding. The small village is embedded in the Lauenburg Lake District. The area invites you to go hiking, biking, sailing, relaxing or swimming in the Behlendorfer See. Hikers can hire their horses with us. The Baltic Sea is 30 minutes away, Lübeck 16 km and Hamburg 60 km. The Ratzeburg Cathedral regularly hosts beautiful concerts.
In the garden, cozy places invite you to linger, in the rain also under the roof. A ping-pong table and a kicker are available in the former pigsty.
The apartment is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
All the floors have just been refreshed and are still quite smooth. Anti-slip socks or slippers are recommended.
