Enjoy peace and quiet of our attractive apartment in Wachau bei Radeberg, just a 30 minute drive away from Dresden, if they want to spend your holidays in Saxony again.
With its location northeast of Dresden, it is an ideal starting point for excursions in the area, for example, in the Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg, Meissen, of course, in the provincial capital itself, and also the Ore Mountains, the Zittau Mountains or the Spreewald in Brandenburg are the car not far, because until the A4 motorway is just 10 minutes.
Surrounded by greenery, on an approximately 1952m² of land the tastefully furnished apartment is located on two floors in an old half-timbered house. It was extensively renovated in 2014 and offers modern facilities on about 85m².
The apartment has a private entrance and a separate, 20m² large terrace, which is furnished of May to October. High comfort offer a 22m² living room with flat-screen TV, sofa and dining area, a small kitchen with all major electronic appliances and utensils, a bathroom with shower and bath, two comfortable bedrooms, one on the upper floor. A cot is upon request also available.
Before the house is free parking at your disposal. But even if you want to leave your car once the public transport are easily accessible.
On foot you can also reach a restaurant (800m), bakery (300m) and a playground (800m). The nearest supermarket is located about 3km away in the next town.
