When setting up the garden villa, we have put a lot of emphasis on quality and contemporary look. The predominant color of the wooden furniture is vintage white. The equipment shows in many places the loving eye for detail.
In the villa can rest from 2 to 16 people, play, read – just spend a nice time together.
The villa consists of two apartments which can be booked individually or together.
Both apartments (ground floor and first floor) can be connected by a staircase in the spacious hallway.
The apartment on the ground floor (up to 5 persons), consists of two bedrooms and a very spacious living / kitchen area with winter garden, from which the sun terrace adjoins. The rooms on the ground floor also have floor heating.
The second is upstairs and is accessed via a separate garden staircase. Here can sleep 2 to 7 people.
This apartment is expandable by two additional rooms in the attic, which can accommodate up to 4 more people.
The upstairs apartment has a sauna and two shower rooms and a very spacious wooden balcony.
The apartment upstairs we rent out modularly:
For up to 5 persons a double room and a triple room as well as a bathroom are available.
From 6 persons there are three bedrooms and two shower rooms. From 8 to 11 people, 2 additional rooms are available in the attic.
