I live with my family a century-turnvilla in Purkersdorf on the outskirts of Vienna and provide our guests with a separate apartment.
The 73m² apartment is located on the ground floor and has a 28m² living room with a large dining table, desk, couch, TV with satellite and exchange library. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, nespresso machine, water cooker, toaster, etc. Comprehensively. In the separate bedroom you will find a double bed with a quality mattress for a good night’s sleep. in the second bedroom are 3 extra beds. The bathroom has a shower.
Of course our house has free W-LAN, the apartment is equipped with electric blinds.
The Purkersdorf station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, from where you can easily take the S-Bahn in 15 minutes at the Vienna Westbahnhof. For example, In a half an hour from the doorstep to the St. Stephen’s Cathedral in the middle of Vienna. By bike, you can reach the Schönbrunn Palace in about half an hour over the bike path in front of the house.
Near our villa is a cafe with a restaurant and a good kitchen. Supermarkets, the outdoor pool, pharmacy, etc. are within walking distance easily accessible. For shopping trips, the nearby shopping center with Cineplexx cinema on the Viennese outskirts.
Since we ourselves are gladly with bike or Laufschuhen in the Wienerwald, I am with tips for the route planning gladly at the disposal.
You can park your car for free on the street in front of our house, where there is always enough parking.
