The house features peaceful surrounds with all the comforts of home and is set just 200 metres from two great restaurants and within walking distance of shops and a public playground.
The house has central heating for year-round comfort and the comfy living room boasts a TV with satellite/ cable channels plus games to keep the whole family entertained, including table tennis. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, complete with everything form a fridge and stove to a coffee machine and dishwasher, and enjoy your fest around a dining table that seats 12 or use the second kitchen on the first floor. Or why not throw a barbecue in the garden? Furnished for your comfort, it has deckchairs and swings, and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
Get a great night’s sleep in one of 5 beautiful bedrooms; two on the first floor and three on the second floor. All are thoughtfully decorated with comfortable double beds while three of the rooms also have an additional single bed, while a baby cot is provided. There is one bathroom with a shower and WC plus a separate shower room and separate WC.
End cleaning, linen and towels are all included in the rental price.
Furthermore, the rental fee also includes the summer card of the region Schladming-Dachstein from the middle of may until the middle of october.
There is private parking on site, smoking is allowed outside only and pets are welcome.
