Our massively built house ‘harbor view’ was completed in May 2012. There is free on our large, beautifully landscaped residential land, however, completely separate from our living area.
With a floor space of 85 square meters, it offers plenty of space and thus retreats for 4-5 people.
All rooms are spacious, full of light and comfortable and warmly decorated and comfortable.
Diagonally across the front of the house is approximately 50 meters of the small, tranquil harbor Pruchten. Whether you go fishing, want to watch the passing boats and sailboats, or the Fishermen hauling his catch – for everyone should be something for everyone. There is a rowboat ready for our guests from April to October. In addition, various kinds can be borrowed there in a professional provider boats. You can bring your own boat and leave after consultation with the nice harbor master to water ..
Is those of us seafaring terrace, which is accessible by a large glazed patio door to the rear of the house. From here our guests have a wonderful view of the bay-wide meadows and the water. There often raced many birds and foxes, hares and deer are easy to observe. Gladly let there our guest children flying kites or playing soccer.
A second terrace we have applied to the front of the house so our guests can enjoy the sun at any time either on one side or the other terrace.
A natural spectacle in our region is the crane migration; then fly over the house, large flocks of cranes each morning to their feeding places in the interior and in the evening back to their roosts in the shallow lagoons.
So you do not necessarily book a guided crane-watching tour, but can easily watch from the terrace of the holiday home, inviting with comfortable garden furniture and Blanket for cooler evenings to relax, this unique nature experience.
So not only in spring and summer you can relax in our wonderful holiday home, recharge your batteries, but also in autumn and winter, when the Bodden waters are frozen and snowy meadows lure for long walks.
If you want to spend your Christmas and / or New Year’s holiday in our house, a festively decorated holiday house awaits you.
Excellent bakery, restaurant and ice cream parlor in about 2 minutes walking distance (without any noise nuisance). The baker open from May to October on Sunday morning.
