The running track around the lake and the cycle path R3 run directly in front of the apartment. The nearest lido is just a 6-minute walk away and invites you to swim and relax in summer. The Pressegger lake is one of the warmest lakes in Austria and reaches drinking water quality up to 28 ° C water temperature. One of the reasons for the pleasant temperatures is the plus of sunshine in the region. That’s why he opens the bathing season in Carinthia at an early age.
The nearby Nassfeld ski area, which is about 16 minutes away by car, provides enough skiing pleasure. With its 110 km of slopes, it is the largest ski resort in Carinthia.
