Currently renovations are carried out in the house, so it may be louder in the house during the day.
At present only Czech TV channels are available.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, a lift is not available.
The sleeping possibility for the third guest is in the living room in the form of a sofa bed.
The apartment is conveniently located 3 min. Walking distance from tram and bus stop.
The historic city center is 15 minutes away by public transport.
In the house there is a grocery store with sufficient assortment.
The grocery shop is open 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm.
The apartment is located in an old multi-family house, which is mainly inhabited by young people and families. Therefore, a dog can sometimes bark or scream a child.
There are no parking spaces available at the house as they can only be parked with a resident’s pass. Nearby there is a guarded parking lot where you can park for about 6 euros a day.
The apartment is conveniently located between two large parks, which offer a beautiful view of the historic city center, or invite you to play on the large playgrounds.
The district Zizkov is an up-and-coming trendy district, comparable to Berlin-Kreuzberg.
Within 1.5km there are numerous restaurants, restaurants, wine bars and shops.
If you want to live away from the tourist crowds in authentic Prague, the Zizkov district is the right choice.
The apartment is fully equipped with television Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, dishwasher, stove with oven.
An alarm system is also available.
The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating, and a separate toilet.
For the hot days, there is a ceiling fan in the living room.
Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available.
Also, toiletries such as shower gel, facial tissues ect. available.

For me it is important to make your stay as pleasant as possible, I also live in the same house and are happy to answer questions or problems.
Do you want to get to know not only Prague but also the unique sights outside of Prague? You do not feel like visiting the sights outside of Prague with big tourist groups on the bus?
I will gladly bring you to the agreed fixed price, for example to Kuttenberg or Cesky Krumlov.
If you arrive by plane, I would be pleased to arrange a transfer together with a taxi company to the apartment at a 40% cheaper price than normal airport taxis.

House rules:
In the apartment is between 22:00 – 06:00 clock night to keep and noise to avoid.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment is not suitable for parties.
Visitors are not allowed.
The house entrance is camera-monitored.
