It is amazingly sunny and luxurious, suitable for families with children, couples or friends (please respect no parties after 10 pm – it is a Czech law).
It is located just 1 minute walk from a big sunny park and 6 minutes from the famous Wenceslas square and very close to river Vltava and beautiful riverside walk with a view to Prague Castle and Charles bridge. There are lots of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars few steps from your home.
This cozy stylish apartment (57 sq. meters) was renovated in June 2017 and you will find here everything you need for the best time in your life!

4) living room with 2 beds or big sofa (spread sofa has huge place to sleep 195 x 175 cm), Wi-Fi internet, LED TV (82 cm/32″) with DVD player, prepared DVD films and fairy tales in English (you can also bring your DVDs, films on USB or use our HDMI cable for your notebook) and Czech channels.
The apartment is on the second floor with a lift. It is a whole flat just for you :-). I will give you two sets of keys and when you will leave the last day, you can throw it into the mailbox whenever you need till 11:00 am 🙂

Check-in is possible anytime between 3:00 pm and 1:00 am (earlier in case of a previous agreement because of cleaning after previous guests). Check-out please till 11:00 (individual agreement is possible if nobody is after you 🙂 ).
If you need a luggage storage before or after your stay – you can leave it for example at the main Bus station Florenc: 60,-CZK/2 EUR per one bag per day.
How to get to the apartment?
From the Airport:
– BY CAR – you can take a Taxi or much cheaper Uber – it takes about 25 minutes. It is around 350 CZK (14 EUR) by Uber, and around 500 CZK (20 EUR) by normal taxi.
– BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT – it takes about 45 min – the easiest way with only one transfer is Bus no. 100 to the stop “Zli?ín”, and then a metro/underground to a stop “Karlovo nám?sti”.
You need to buy a ticket for 32 CZK (1,2 EUR) that is valid for 90 minutes). The apartment is just 380 meters walk from this stop.
From the main Railway station Hlavni nadrazi:
– BY CAR – you can take a Taxi or much cheaper Uber – it takes 5 minutes.
– BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT – it takes 9 minutes (5 min by walk and 4 by Tram), use a Tram no. 9 or 5 to the stop “Vodickova”. The apartment is just 420 meters walk from this stop.
– BY WALK – it is 1,5 km and about 24 min walk.
From the main Bus station Florenc:
– BY CAR – you can take a Taxi or much cheaper Uber – it takes 6 minutes.
– BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT – it takes 8 minutes, use a Tram no. 24 or 3 to a stop “Vodickova”. The apartment is just 420 meters walk from this stop.
