Stay in style in a quiet street only 1 minute walk to the riverside and only 12 minutes to the centre by Prague’s super efficient public transport. Newly refurbished in April 2017.
Sleeps 4 comfortably in 1 king size double and 2 single beds.
The apartment has 2 separate rooms for sleeping; a fully fitted kitchen with cooker/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, and kettle. And a bathroom with bath and shower.
The main bedroom has a comfortable King Size bed (180cm by 200cm), a 2 seat leather sofa to relax on, and a large fitted wardrobe for storing clothes and suitcases etc.
The second room has a stylish living area with a 3 seat leather sofa and a leather chair, 32 inch LED TV, coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs, and modern panel curtains with ‘day and night’ privacy blinds and black out curtains if you need it.
The second room also has 2 single beds, so guests have the flexibility of privacy in separated rooms and comfort.
There is a small private balcony for smoking.
Journey times by public transport to the important Prague tourist destinations from our local tram stop are approximately:

At peak hours trams leave the nearby stop every 4 minutes. The stop is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
The Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is a mix of old and new. The apartment is on a quiet tree lined street of historic buildings. By the river, one minute walk away are modern new offices and apartment buildings. There are a few nice restaurants and pubs, and 3 local supermarkets (all a couple of minutes walk away). The museum of modern art DOX is nearby and there are a couple of well known night clubs. Only 5 minutes by tram is the Vystaviste Expo centre for business exhibitions, and Stromovka Park. 9 minutes away is the O2 music concert venue.
Getting around
Getting to the centre of Prague is easy by public transport. Take one of 3 trams from the local stop ‘Maniny’. The quickest way is to change to the red line metro at Vltavska, then there is just a couple of stops to the central places of interest. The total travel times are shown above.
Other Things to Note
There is no reception. Please arrive at the apartment at the agreed time for check in. Please advise me of your flight number or train number when booking so I can monitor the arrival time.
