Make yourself a cup of coffee an work on your PC or relax on comfy sofa. Take an advantage of excellent location since you will lodge at an area full of history, cultural and gastronomical discoveries, in walking distance to all historical monuments, few minutes by tram to the city where you can explore the vibrant modern cultural side of Prague, flavors of restaurants and bars and buzz of clubs. Go for a morning run along the river Vltava and take a walk in the afternoon through the biggest park Pet?in, both are just behind the house.
Just a few minutes wak from the apartment there is a Cafe Savoy where you can have an opulent breakfast, in Cukr kava limonada you can grab a light lunch and for dinner with wine you may opt for Art and food restaurant.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a building with an elevator. There is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a sofa and a wardrobe; a kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, cooking and dining utensils) connected to a cozy dining room with a dining table, chairs and a sofa; a bathroom (shower, toilet); free Wi-fi.
Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a building with an elevator.
In the apartment you’ll find:
– A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a sofa (can be unfolded and fit 1-2 people), a wardrobe with hangers
– A kitchen with a stove, a fridge with a small freezer, a microwave, a kettle, cooking and dining utensils
– A living room with a large sofa, a table (can be used as a dining table or as a workspace), 4 chairs
– Free Wi-fi connection
– Fresh clean bed linen, towels, slippers

– Hot water (the whole year) and central heating (in the winter)
– In case you need it, I have city guides and can give you practical information about the city.
This place is ideal if you’re coming on business trip or on vacation, perfect for 2-4 people.
## Access
The apartment is located on the first floor, there is an elevator in the building. The entire place is yours, you can go in and out whenever you want and you have access to all amenities listed in the description above.
## Interaction
We don’t live in this flat, so the entire place is yours and we respect your privacy. We love having guests and we are always available via internet/phone in case you need us. We do our best to make you feel at home, and keep our communication and check in/out easy and clear. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need some tips on sightseeing, transportation, food and drinking, etc.
## Neighborhood
Our apartment is located in Prague’s area named Praha 1 Malá Strana- right in the historical center. There is a lot of history around, old buildings and streets, mood of the old Prague. It is close (10 min) to the metro Malostranska or tram: Ujezd (2 min).
The building is placed in a magnificent spot, right at Kampa Island near the Charles bridge, very cozy area of the city with a plenty of small cafes, shops, supermarkets, bars, parks, churches, small streets. Riverside is just in front of the house.
Its ideal location also allows you to easily reach all tourists attractions like Prague Castle (10 in walking) Charles Bridge (1 min.), St. Nicolas church ( one of the most beautiful baroque churches in the world) is five minutes away.
## Transit
The nearest stop is tram 22, 23, 20, 12, 15, 9 Ujezd, 5 minutes from Metro A / green line Malostranska stop, or B/yellow line Narodni trida stop . It is also very well connected and you can reach airport within one hour by public transport or only 20 minutes by taxi
## Notes
We provide following services for extra charge:
• Airport transfer (can be arranged for both ways) – 30 EUR for a 4-people car, 40 EUR for a mini van. Please give us a 24 hour notice.
• Garage in the city center – 600 CZK/night. Better deals are possible for longer stays.
Amazing location. Go in and out whenever you want, we are kindly asking you to be respectful to your neighbours in the building. Inside the flat please take your shoes off and treat the space with care. No parties, no smoking in the apartment! Smoking is allowed in the yard and outside the building.
