Our beautiful apartment is located in one of the most popular citys area between Vltava River and Five-star shopping and amusement center Novy Smichov. Lovely walk along the river is just a few steps away! Your stay is in the center of the city, therefore everything is reachable both on foot and by public transportation. Subway, trams or buses are just a minute from the apartment yet the real magic of this place is it’s complete calmness and safety.
Kitchen: microwave, toaster, kettle, salt/pepper/sugar, pots and pans, stove, espresso machine with capsules for free etc.
Other: satellite, high-speed WIFI, buzzer, alarm clock, sheets/towels, fan, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, etc.
The apartment is situated in the house originally built in 19th century but fully reconstructed a few years ago. Stay in this apartment is a touch of an old Prague but a comfort of presence. The Penthouse is on the fourth floor with elevator. Safety of this place is achieved not only by the location itself but also by the security system in the building with cameras and security door.
The studio is situated on the top floor under the roof. It is fully equipped with all you can need during your stay in Prague.
Parking available on the street – public – at the front of the house at no charge right now, however parking zones will made in the whole Prague 5 from 28 August 2016. Private parking card will be available for you for only EUR 15 for the whole stay! Parking reservation must be made in advance..
