Family 3rooms Apartment (80m2) with parking is located just 15min from center. You just hop on the tram and get of directly in the center.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the apt building. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 living room (with expandable sofa), large and fully equiped kitchen with dining table and separate bathroom (with toilet and biddet) and separate toilet.
You enter the apartment through a security door right into the apt main corridor. From the main corridor, you can access all of the apt rooms.
2 separate bedrooms, each feature comfortable king size bed, small night tables with lamps. Both bedrooms have their own closets – there is a one large closet in bedroom 1 and 2 closets in bedroom 2.
The living room consist of comfortable expandable sofa (which can accommodate another 2 people), 1 large chair, 1 large design chair and 1 large design table. Living room features TV with cable television and radio.
Kitchen is fully equipped and will serve all your needs (refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, all the needed kitchen equipment, including silverware, dishes, cups and glasses, pots and pans. I provide tea and coffee for your morning hot drinks. For food shopping there is large Kaufland store right next to the apt. There is a big dining table in the living room / kitchen. From the living room, you can access large terrace.
The bathroom is accessed from the main corridor and features shower, large mirror, bathtube, toilet, biddet and bathroom cabinets. I provide clean towels, shampoo, and conditioner.
There is a separate toilet, also accessible from the main corridor.
Washing machine is stored in the small maintenance room/cabinet.
The apartment has unlimited WIFI Internet connection.
There is a First Aid Kit for emergencies.
If you want to wash your clothes, beside the washing machine, the apt also offers iron. Clothing drying rack is also there for your convenience. You will feel just like home 😉
There is a FREE parking available inside the apt building on the designated parking spot.
