The apartment is for about 10 minutes faraway by walk from metro “Nám?stí Míru” however you can take a tram no. 16 or 10 and have a ride for two stations to stop “Perunova”. The tram stops exactly in front of the building.
From “Nám?stí Míru” its just one stop to reach Wenceslas square, three stops to reach Old Town Square and four stops to Prague Castle.
