1 • spacious BEDROOM with windows gazing into the calm courtyard with a fountain; The bedroom (15m2 / 162 sq ft) has a luxurious king size bed, 1 large soft mattress 63×79 inches; damask bedding and high-quality goose down duvets 55 x 79 inches; blue&green patina six-drawer dresser and a bookcase. The bedroom is furnished with thick curtains that will allow you to sleep as long as you wish; Private garden hidden in the rear courtyard.
2 • commodious LIVING ROOM with a view on Charles Bridge street and partially on the castle; antique mahogany library bookcase, big leather sofa and comfortable big leather armchair, antique side table, oriental coffee table with elegant design with extraordinary hand-carved panels and glass top, mahogany tabouret.
3 • DINING AREA including KITCHEN connected to a beautiful BALCONY with flowers, candles, lanterns, perfect for hot summer nights. Here you will have a good place to relax overlooking the historic buildings, you can have a romantic breakfast or enjoy the beautiful morning sun. Next to the apartment is another balcony, shared by other residents, though.

The apartment comfortably fits 3. For the third guest, I have a folding bed 90cm x 200cm, provided only on request. The extra bed is better for short stays. The sofa in the living room is not a fold-out bed.

I am the owner of the apartment and will be your hostess when you come. I’ll personally hand you the keys and be available during your stay. I am available by phone or email should you need to contact me. We operate a self check out service.
My guests can expect absolute privacy and independence. You will feel like it is ‘yours’ during your stay. I love that I can offer space where you can feel like home.
Check In : 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Check Out : 11:00 am. Check In and Check Out time is defined but I am flexible and depends on the availability of the apartment. If you arrive earlier I can take your luggage until your apartment is ready for you.
On request, I will arrange transfer to/from the apartment.
