The apartment is located in the historical center, in a quiet and elegant area of Prague-2 (Vinohrady/Vineyards) 50 m far from the Riegrovy sady and in 13 min. walk the city center- Wenceslas square. It is the place to be if you want to feel like a local while at the same you want to stay in the city centre. It’s an ideal location and convenient for exploring all parts of Prague ensuring you are never too far from home wherever your are in Prague!
The apartments are on the 4 floor of an ancient house (neo-baroque) with an elevator. Windows are facing a green quiet garden closed from a street. The apartments were recently renovated and have a new furniture.
It is an exclusive and a very popular location with a rich history. It is a respectable district, which used to be in favor among the bourgeoisie. This place is a very popular not only because It is a historical place, but also because is a much more quieter than Prague-1 (which is 2 quarters far away from there). In this district are located one of the best restaurants and clubs in Prague.
The apartments are ideally suited for married couples, for business travelers, for friends, for family up to 4 people etc.

Size of the apartments is 56 m2. The apartments are comprise of:
Living room + kitchen, includes: fold out sofa for 2 people 150×200 cm, LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi.
Bedroom, includes: sleeping bed for 2 people 180×200 cm – DBL, wardrobe, chair, writing table.
Fully-fitted kitchen, includes: ceramic cooking plate, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric meat grinder, toaster, spoons, forks, knives, cups, dishes, pans etc.
Bathroom, includes: bathtub with a shower, WC, bidet, hair fryer, shower gel, fan.
Corridor, includes: wardrobe with mirrors, safe box.
Laundry, includes: washing machine, iron, ironing board, dryer.
Heating: hot water is an autonomous for the apartments.
The apartments provide for free: Wi-Fi, electricity, several types of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, toilet paper, washing powder, means for dish washing and cleaning, umbrella, vacuum cleaner, strongbox. Towels and bed linen are included in price of the accommodation.

The Neighborhood:
The Riegrovy sady considered to be one of the most attractive areas of Prague. The riegrovy sady is the place, in which was laid the first Prague’s Botanical garden (11 ha big). At the beginning of the 20th century this place was considered very prestigious and honorary citizens of Prague settled here. It was a favourite place of Prague bohemians. The Riegrovy sady are located at a height of 170 metres above the sea level, with a view to the very center of Prague: Prague Castle, Hradany and Petin. In the upper part of the park is the “Riegrovy Sady Beer Garden” restaurant. Nearby is a park called Rajsk zahrada – there are many sports facilities like tennis courts, soccer field, relaxation centre.
Nearby the apartments are restaurants with a Czech and an international cuisine: Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Greek, Italian. Numerous coffee can offer homemade bakings. Every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the Jiho z Podbrad square (5 min walk from the house) takes place farmer’s market – here is possible to buy fresh Czech fruits, vegetables, dairy and meat products, homemade bread, honey, nuts and more.
The restaurant U Sadu offers beer from a small breweries and is 350 m far from the house and is opened till 04:00.
5 min. walk from the house is:
– BeerGeek Bar & Pivotka (with more than 500 kinds of beer at one place; 30 taps continuously changing, serving beer from superior Czech craft breweries, as well as a prime selection of international brewers);
– Vinohradsk burger bar and The Tavern (best burger in Prague);
– the Wine Bar/Vinotka Noelka (a small shop with Czech wines – with selection of exclusive Moravian, French, Italian and Chilean wines). It is very popular between locals. Very often you can see there groups of people degustating on the street;
– the cheese shop/srrna (this cheese shop offers many kinds of cheeses from France, Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia, the Netherlands or even Greece).
Near the apartments is:
– Vinohradsk pivovar/Brewery (the first drink was served here at 1894). Complete with its own malt house, this establishment at one time was home for the institute of brewers in Prague. You could visit the manufacturer behind the bar;
– Prague Beer Museum – 30 beers on tap.
Nearby the apartments is located the Church Nejvtho Srdce Pn, the ikovsk TV tower (is possible to ascend to 93 m high and tak a look on a whole Prague), the theatre Na Vinohradech, the cathedral of st. Ludmila, the theatre of Evy Hrukov and Jana Peuila, an exhibition pavilion etc.
500 m far from the house is:
– Palace Akropolis (is a centre of music and dramatic arts). It has gained a number of significant awards such as The Best Rock Club;
– The old jewish cemetery;
– Church of St. Prokop (Kostel sv. Prokopa);
– post office; pharmacy; hospital.
Close to the house are some supermarkets and a big shopping centre, which is located one metro or tram station far from the apartment.
Getting around:
How to get to the city center (the Wenceslas square is 1.3 km): 13 min walk or 2 stops by tram or metro.
The metro station Jiriho z Podebrad (green line A goes throw the all stations in city center) and the tram stop Jiriho z Podebrad are 350 m far from the apartments. Green line (“”) direct connects to the bus bound for the airport.
The railway station Hlavni Nadrazi is 1,3 km far (13 min walk).
The bus station “Florenc” is 1,2 km far.
The airport is 14 km far.
