The spacious and comfortably furnished apartment has a loggia. It is located on the top floor of a two family house. All furnishings are lovingly and individually selected and color and stylistically coordinated.

The apartment is located in a village outskirts of Potsdam, traveling by car is recommended, but not required. The Park of Sanssouci / Neues Palais entrance is located 14 km / 20 minutes away by car, Schloss Lindstedt only 13 km / 16 minutes by car and the People’s Park (BUGA grounds) just 10 km / 14 minutes by car.
The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to Berlin (Kurfürstendamm 30 km / 35 minutes), and attractions in the areas surrounding Potsdam (Kloster Lehnin, Ribbeck Castle, manor Borsig, Resort Schwielowsee / Petzow, historic city Werder / Havel and many others).
Also, the central location BUGA 2015 Brandenburg is easily accessible via the motorway.
Approximately 300 mts from the apartment, the Hotel Schloss Kartzow is (large farm house) with a small park. The Trentino restaurant is located in Fahrland 2.7 km away. Also consist shopping in Fahrland.
Owner occupy the ground floor. In the absence of the owner are always reachable by phone for the guests.
