You live in Starnberg-Nord between golf course Gut Rieden (800 meters) and the riding stable Schäffler (300 meters). Approximately 800 meters to the S-Bahn Starnberg – Nord,
about 600 meters to the next supermarket.
The beautiful STARNBERGER SEE is about 2000 meters and to the original, wild “Würm Auen” also only about 2500 meters.
A magnificent Bavarian economy – Schlossgut Leutstetten – spoils you almost next door. So that you can enjoy all this, we are happy to provide bicycles free of charge.
The rooms are well suited for two people.
We ask for your understanding that we only rent to N I C H T R A U C H E R!
We offer a comfortably furnished bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, sofa, bed linen, TV, video and radio. In addition a modern bath with shower, fully equipped with hair dryer and sufficiently large and small towels.
The separate kitchen with dining table and 3 chairs is also fully equipped. B. Stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, dishes, pots etc. What is not available in the kitchen, we will gladly make available to you if possible 🙂
Our little “bear castle” is suitable for a short weekend stay at Lake Starnberg or even a whole week’s holiday.
The rooms are located in a small private house, in the daylight basement (UG) with normal, modern windows and view of the adjacent large garden.
The rooms are heated with lovely cuddly underfloor heating under a very noble marble cover. The pleasant marble counterpoint reminds of the houses of Italy, warm and noble at the same time.
Total size of the rooms approx. 35 m².
A free parking space for your car is located directly at the house.
