4 People|1 Bedrooms|

Property Description

Dear holidaymakers,

We warmly welcome you to our newly built holiday homes “Kap Luv” on Lake Plauer – the most beautiful way of life on Lake Plauer.

In a unique natural landscape, directly on Lake Plauer, we offer you 6 modern furnished apartments with exclusive and high-quality equipment – for a holiday, where you will be wanting nothing.

Feel the maritime holiday flair in a Hafendorf with a small yachthafen and a view of the lighthouse, embedded in a beautiful natural landscape. The location of the holiday homes, just off the pier, promises peace and relaxation. The harbor promenade is a short stroll away for leisurely strolls or a stroll into the city center.

Our holiday homes are located directly on a landscape conservation area and are surrounded by 2.000 sqm garden area. Here you will find enough retreat places to relax after heartbreak, enjoy the sun and recharge your batteries in the middle of nature. The untouched nature reserve borders directly with our garden with its canal and is thus also ideal for anglers. From here you have direct access to the lake.

All apartments have a beautiful view of Lake Plauer or the marina with its view tower.

Let a fresh breeze of Mecklenburger See air blow around your nose. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests at the “Cape Luv”!
