The buildings have been lovingly restored in eight years and offer spacious apartments with fireplace, an open plan living & dining area and private sun terrace.
In the courtyard garden or under the pear tree can be read and wonderfully relaxing, there is plenty of space to play and explore, or just let dangle just the soul. The water flows in front of the house along and the nearest beach is within walking distance. The perfect base for canoeing, sailing discover, biking, strolling and Mecklenburg town!
For this purpose: art studio with courses in painting and sculpture, a 250 year old lime tree as the center of the estate, apartments with all the trimmings (TV, DVD, stereo and a fully equipped kitchen), claim and WLan.

Trappings are the Müritz National Park, vast deciduous and mixed forests for walks and a beautiful, hilly landscape with typical avenues Mecklenburg Vorpommern.
