Property Description
Our house is located in the hamlet of Ferres, surrounded by vineyards of the world-famous vineyard of the “Piesporter Goldtröpfchens” and only a few steps from the banks of the Moselle. The bike path is right outside the door and also extensive walks along the Moselle or over the Römersteig are possible directly from the house.
Our approximately 45 m² apartment consists of a kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with electric stove, oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
In the living area is a cozy couch to the bed (for children, lying area about 2mx1,4m) can be converted and a flat screen TV with satellite.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe.
The private small terrace overlooking the Moselle invites you to barbecue (barbecue available) or linger over a glass of wine.
Car parking space in front of the apartment.
Entrance barrier-free.
Non smoking apartment!
Pets are not allowed!
Maximum occupancy with 2 adults and 2 children (please note the size of the sofa bed!)
