Property Description
The double cottage “Calappa” under thatch, is very high quality and offers 6 people and baby a nice holiday home right on the Baltic Sea beach on the Wismar Bay.
On request you can bring your dog (5 € p. Day). The dog should be housebroken and small-breed. The ground floor is the living-dining area with fireplace, comfortable leather couch (sofa bed with sleeping mattress, 140×200, for 5th & 6. Person) and dining table with plenty of space for the whole family.
A high chair and travel cot are deliverable on request.
Satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system and free Wi-Fi access are provided.
The kitchenette is equipped with high quality kitchen appliances and offers maximum comfort. Here you can even bake cakes.
Furthermore, the ground floor features the sauna with real glass wellness shower and the separate guest toilet.
In the HWR are a washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and cleaning utensils.
The sauna guests can book a sauna package (2 sauna towels, 1 bath towel and flip-flops).
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed, chest of drawers and a TV (satellite).
The line of white solid wood furniture runs through the whole thatched house.
The large shower room with shower, toilet, sink and vanity mirror and towel heater and hair dryer complete the upper floor.
The south-east terrace is equipped with rustic wooden furniture and invites you to relax and have a nice barbecue. An outdoor barbecue is in the garden.
The in-house beach chair you can depending on your mood to the sun.
The house has two parking spaces for cars.
