On the ground floor you will find a spacious, bright living area (48 sqm) with open kitchen, fireplace, a cozy corner sofa and a large lounge for the whole family. It forms the communicative heart of this house. In the custom-made and very comfortable kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, juicer) cooking together is a great holiday experience. From a place at the kitchen counter you can let your gaze wander over the Wismarer bay. The large family table invites you to a meal together and long games evenings in a cozy atmosphere. On cooler days you can relax in front of the crackling stove.
The color scheme of the entire interior is decorated in natural tones and thus looks very harmonious.
From the living area you have direct access to the west terrace. It is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers and parasol. In the beach chair you can enjoy the sunset.
A large shower room with spa shower and spacious sauna additionally enhances the feel-good character of this special thatched cottage. A separate guest toilet is also available on the ground floor.
In the utility room you will find washer, dryer, clothes horse, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms each with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a children’s room with two single beds. All rooms have plenty of storage space for your luggage thanks to the custom built-in furniture and are also darkened by pleats or curtains. From one bedroom you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.
Another room with sofa bed can be used as a retreat for relaxing, watching TV, working or reading. Here you will find a desk with a view of the Baltic Sea. W-LAN is freely available.
The very high quality bath with freestanding bath completes this special holiday home. While showering, you can enjoy the view of fields and the sea beyond.
The underfloor heating installed throughout the house ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
On the large property is a garden shed, where you can store the house gas grill and your bikes brought.
In front of the house are two parking spaces for your car.
