There is a comfortable sofa in the open-plan living / dining area with kitchenette – entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD player and a stereo system. The living area is followed by a corner balcony in southwest orientation. It is ideal for a breakfast or afternoon outdoor café.
At the inviting dining area you can enjoy your meals, which are comfortable to prepare in the kitchen with generous amenities and all common kitchen appliances. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and the bedroom has a comfortable double bed.
A parking space and a bicycle parking space are included in the apartment.

It is a non-smoking apartment, which can be safely booked by allergy sufferers. For the younger guests here are a high chair and a children’s travel cot incl. Mattress ready for free.

The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. For a rental of 10 nights room service is included. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival.

Room service – includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
Tourist tax – the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. – 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 – 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
