Our apartment is located in the resort Sünnslag central yet quiet location in the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen. It is a beautifully equipped and newly furnished apartment for up to four people.
On 78m2 you will find a bright, light-filled apartment with a groÑŠ in the living room, own dining area, separate kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room and a toilet.
You enter the apartment and come in a well-cut hallway from the bedroom and bathroom and the spacious living room off.
From the small but very cozy balcony you enter from the living room, you have a magnificent view of the countryside.
In the living room you can expect a cozy couch landscape with flat screen TV and a reading chair.
The dining area boasts the cozy bench and the large dining table where all can be found.
From there it goes into the separate, new kitchen. Here you will find everything you need on holiday; The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, stove and ceramic hob and of course a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The apartment has two, approximately equally spacious bedrooms.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200) and a wardrobe in which your holiday wardrobe can easily find space.
The second bedroom has two single box spring beds (90×200) that can be placed alone or as a double bed. Again, you will find a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
From the hall you come into the well-kept bathroom and a separate toilet. In the shower room is of course a hair dryer for you.
An iron and ironing board and a clothes horse can be found in the apartment.
Our apartment is completely tiled.
An outdoor parking space is available directly at the house.
For our younger guests a high chair is ready.
In the apartment games and DVDs for cozy family evenings are available.
Our apartment is centrally located, yet very quiet. The shops are only a stone’s throw away; The beach is 400m and the center of Boltenhagen with all its cafes, restaurants and shops are about 750m.
