The rooms are cozy and practical. Each room is separately lockable.
You will receive your own keybord on arrival.
Fresh linens and towels are included in the rental rate.
Kitchen, bathroom and guest WC are shared.

There are 2 parking spaces directly at the house. Further free parking is available on the street or
in an underground car park 200m away.
Late arrivals are also possible without problems. You can then use a key box

The house is located about 200m from the center of Wendling. All shopping is convenient
within walking distance.(Bakery, supermarket, cafe, ice cream parlor, kebab, snack, post office, doctors, etc.)
The S-Bahn station and the Wendlingen bus station (S1) can be reached in 3 minutes. Furthermore
there is a bus stop right in front of the house (about 20m away).

Traffic connections to the conurbations Stuttgart – Esslingen – Nürtingen. The city has one
direct motorway connection to the A8 / B313, as well as an S-Bahn connection to the line S1 Herrenberg –
