Winterberg with its cozy center, large ski area, climbing forest, toboggan run, etc. is only 15 minutes driving.
But also attractions such as Fort Fun, the visitor mine Ramsbeck and Bruchhauser stones are nearby. Immediately around the village are several hiking, biking, car and mountain bike routes.

This apartment is located on the 2nd Floor and has fully equipped kitchen, modern luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious living room with south-facing balcony with garden furniture next to the garden and two bedrooms. All apartments are on the communal, bordering the extensive forests, garden where a small mountain stream flows. In the garden are some playground equipment and the possibility for barbecue is also available. When leaving the garden some signposted hikes start, u. a. a hike to the largest waterfall in Sauerland, the Plälegerlegge.
Free parking is available at the complex and mountain bikes or skis can be parked in the cellar.
