The property – about 110 square meters (without cellar) is located on a hillside, next to a pine forest. On the 2500 square meter plot spruce, maple, beech, ash, oak and many grow more, almost unspoilt nature.
Immediately at the public access road, we can create on our property a parking space for 2- 3 cars. On a newly designed, ramped and gravelled path you walk about 50 meters downhill to our house.

Directly opposite the dining area is located in a directly accessible adjacent room the kitchen. It is a Nobilia kitchen with ceramic stove, oven and dishwasher. A kitchen trolley, a freezing cooling combination, a kettle, a coffee maker and a microwave complete the kitchen equipment. A bright, solid spruce floor gives the kitchen area a special atmosphere. Of course, the kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware is fully equipped.
From the living-dining room can be accessed through 2 different glass doors to about 22 square meters large balcony. This balcony is a real highlight of the exclusive Feriendomizils- practically an additional outdoor living space. In nice weather you can in the evening on the Bruchhauser stones or on the other side enjoy from morning to the wonderful view far-reaching views in the Hochsauerland. Equipped is the balcony with a white sofa set (table, bench and 2 chairs) in solid wood. 4 more Relax chairs for relaxation and sunbathing are additionally available. On the balustrade a parasol can be attached.
Upstairs we have elaborately expanded to the rooftop, so as to create a special room atmosphere – with the exposed beams between a really pleasant effect. Upstairs there is a toilet with sink, a hallway and 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with 2 box spring beds CARESSE, 2 bedside tables with table lamps, leather seats and 2-door wardrobes. The bedroom to the front is also equipped with a coffee table and a chest of drawers Casa Cultura.
