Ramsbeck is a small resort town in Upper Sauerland, part of the municipality of Bestwig. Spend your holiday here at the foot of the Bastenberg right by the forest. A private drive through the woods on a surfaced road (about 200 metres) leads directly to the "Alten Forsthaus". Experience pristine nature here in a completely tranquil and unique location. The surfaced road leads round the house, providing a place to turn round, and you will often see woodland animals here at dusk. You can pick up the hiking trail not far from the house. Very popular destinations within easy reach: Ramsbeck mining museum (2 km), Fort Fun Abenteuerland amusement park (3 km) with many great attractions and the only waterfall in North Rhine-Westphalia right in town (3 km).
