The lovely holiday home is located in the village of Elpe, only 14 km from the friendly centre of Willingen and only 12 km from the perfect winter sports facilities of Winterberg. The house is spacious and offers accommodation for a total of 8 persons with a total of 4 bedrooms on the first and second floors (suitable for max. 6 adults plus children, 3 bedrooms for Adults and 1 for Childeren). There is a spacious private garden with terrace where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. There is something to experience at any time of the year in the surrounding area. A few kilometres away there is the popular fun park of Fort Fun Abenteuerland and in the spring and fall there are lovely walking routes through the Rothaar Mountains. The Hochsauerland offers the perfect winter sports activities during the winter months and this holiday home is the ideal holiday base for skiing in Winterberg or Willingen.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
