The apartment is bright, cozy and comfortable (new kitchenette 2016). The house is located on the edge of the Black Forest in the midst of vineyards (240 m./ NN.). An outstanding feature of our apartment is the magnificent view over Offenburg, the Rhine Valley up over the neighboring Alsace with the mountain range of the Vosges.
The wine Fessenbach is a district of Offenburg, located 3.0 km from the city. So far away from traffic noise, yet close to the city with the known advantages. Not wrongly promotes our city with the slogan ‘Offenburg the gateway to the Black Forest’.

Our house is centrally located and is suitable for hiking and biking as well as for day trips by car. Many attractive destinations and attractions are within easy reach. Gengenbach with the historic Old Town, the open air museum Vogt farms in Gutach, the Dorotheenstadt glassworks in Wolfach, the Triberg Waterfalls, the Europa Park in Rust is a special experience for families with children.
