Property Description
Far away from the hustle and bustle, in the heart angling, in the middle of the loop region, 8 km from the Baltic Sea beach, in beautiful nature, surrounded by rolling hills, I have on my property rebuilt the old goat pen at a cozy little cottage in 2009.
Here you can relax undisturbed, explore the countryside, have breakfast on the terrace or even speeding on the Schlei and the Baltic Sea level and long walks. The cottage is thatched and equipped with typical Schleswig-Holstein windows. Offers direct access to the small kitchen with seating from which open the living room with sofa bed and comfortable chairs from the 50s, the double bedroom, and a shower room with underfloor heating. Just outside the door is your terrace.
The Schlei had great importance as a trade route in the Baltic Sea region in the Middle Ages. Today the Schlei is a popular sailing area and the region a partially touristic embossed recreation area. Are in the loop so interesting places like Arnis (with approximately 300 inhabitants is the smallest town in Germany), Sieseby (partly museum village) Kappeln and Schleswig. The idyllic small port town Kappeln lies about 10 km away and can be reached by a converted bicycle.
The cities of Flensburg, Glücksburg and Schleswig are to be reached in half an hour by car, recommended are also day trips to Denmark. Many beautiful country cafes and restaurants also provide culinary delights. Two bicycles are available to our guests.
