When the weather is nice you can spend hours in the villa park with its pavilion. There are many excursions and activities in the immediate vicinity. Whether in the summer or winter – the town and the region offer numerous options that leave nothing to be desired. Excursions include: Marienberg, Annaberg-Buchholz, Oberwiesental, city tours to Chemnitz (approx. 25 km) or Dresden (approx. 70 km), Karlsbad and Prague.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
