The separate entrance is at ease with one stage – to overcome and the terrace with a small doorway.
The fenced garden with barbecue invites you to linger and play.

The cozy and well furnished apartment is located in the small town Barkholt belonging to Holtriem. The Holtriemer country distinguishes itself through its meadows and pastures land, which makes us an evergreen land even in winter.
On well-marked hiking trails makes it on foot, by bike or on horseback much fun to experience the landscape with clear fresh sea air and explore. Ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday with your dog.
The nature reserve – Eternal Sea – with the largest Hochmoorsee Germany is located nearby and can be reached in a few minutes’ drive. Similarly, the conservation area of ??Esens and the Wadden Sea.
Shopping there is enough in the coastal town Esens and in Westerholt.
Horse riding facilities and a Melkhuus (small cafe on a farm) there are in the immediate vicinity in the neighborhood.
The North Sea beaches and in Dornumersiel Bensersiel is just a 15 minute drive.
