Very comfortable one bedroom apartment on the 9th floor. The apartment is open plan with a modern fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a large modern LCD Smart TV with 100Mb fibre optic broadband internet connection.The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and a large wardrobe. An air cooling system is available from 3rd May to 1st October with outlets in the living area and the bedroom. The complex is comprised of 5 Blocks. The apartment is located in Block 5, the southern most block. There is a swimming pool on the roof of Block 2 open from 6am to 11pm 1st May to 31st October and squash courts in Block 1. There is internal access to both. The pool area underwent a complete beautification in 2015 including new tiling, lighting and sun beds. (We provide beach towels for the sun beds.) Outside the apartment block are several cafes. There is also a cash point for Pounds and Euros outside Block 3. Opposite is a Marks and Spencer food outlet and just beyond that is a Morrisons supermarket. The apartment is in a very convenient location just 10 minutes walk from Gibraltar’s Main Street, 10 minutes walk from Ocean Village with it’s numerous bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the restaurants at Queensway Quay Marina. There is also a bus stop right outside.
There are numerous scheduled flights from the UK so we are ideal for city breaks and get away holidays. The weather is mild in the winter and hot in the summer with abundant sunshine all year round. There is plenty to see and do here and you can manage it all on foot.
