Our ‘new apartment house’ was opened in summer 2005!
You can find a friendly, bright residence in our house to feel at home with every comfort!
Our apartment has space for 2 to 8 persons. The sunny and central location makes your holiday very pleasant. As special service we can offer you free usage of indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath in our parental home, which is just about 50m away. Along with this you can very well book breakfast-bread service, breakfast buffet or half board!
At the headquarters parking area you will find the ski bus stop for free ski bus for winter hikers, cross-country skiers and skiers across Mieming plateau, to the ski trails, to family ski area Grünberg and in to the neighbouring ski area Hochötz.
Hiking & bicycle trails start right from the house.
New free eBike-rental for our guests!!
Usage of washer & dryer is possible in the basement!!

Large south-facing balcony with garden furniture and wonderful panorama of the Mieming mountain range, Stubai Alps and our 2 local mountains Grünberg & Simmering.
There are 2 apartments ‘Grünberg’ available for booking, which are on a connecting corridor to a large apartment. Ideal for friendly families or large families with grandmother & grand father… Mom&dad and children. Children & pets are very much welcome!!!
For your children there is a swing and slide available in the garden!!
Free usage of indoor swimming pool, sauna…..: there is a wellness area exclusively for our guests in our parental home ‘Hotel Bergland****’
which is only 50m away, is available everyday and with no extra charges!
In the spacious and sunny indoor swimming pool you can swimming through jet stream as your heart wishes or relax on the Jacuzzi bank! The new sauna landscape with Finnish sauna, herbal steam bath, infrared hot cabin, massage showers and more… invite you for a perfect relaxation and rest.
In the comfort zone you can get massaged by highly skilled and trained therapists after an adventurous hike or your favourite sport. How about a soothing hay bath or a refreshing bath in the hydro tub?? Various body treatments make the offer a complete package.
