This beautiful house is located just outside the attractive village of Öblarn, against the backdrop of the stunning nature of the “Sölktäler Naturpark“ and only a 20-minute drive away from the skiing area of Schladming. Your private entrance takes you up to the first floor, where you’ll find a very large, 70-m2 apartment. There’s a spacious kitchen-diner, fully equipped with all modern appliances and there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms can also be used as a separate living room. It is fitted with a sofa bed, creating some extra living space if there are only two guests staying in the apartment. The kitchen leads out onto the spacious balcony on the front side of the house. In winter, you can reach the nearest skiing area, Galsterbergalm, in around 15 minutes and the well-known Hauser Kaibling, which is part of the Schladming skiing area, is only a few minutes farther. There are options for cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and sleigh rides in the immediate vicinity. In the summer, this entire region is a dream come true for hikers, mountain bikers, and nature lovers—not to be missed!
