This beautiful, fully renovated, detached chalet is situated in the midst of nature, right in the ‘Sölktäler Naturpark’ (Sölk Valley Nature Park). You will have the entire chalet to yourself, ensuring plenty of privacy. Upon entering your the home, you will immediately be struck by how much space you have. The separate kitchen is fitted with modern equipment and there is an attractive living room adjacent to it. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor: one of them has a unique layout and enjoys stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The house is surrounded by a large garden and there are a number of different balconies and terraces. The location on the Sölk Pass makes it easy to reach places like Stein an der Enns and Gröbming. In summer, a trip southwards across the pass comes highly recommended, as this is a gorgeous natural area. In winter, you can reach the nearest skiing area, Galsterbergalm, in around 15 minutes and the well-known Hauser Kaibling, which is part of the Schladming skiing area, is only a few minutes farther. There are options for cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and sleigh rides in the immediate vicinity. In the summer, this entire region is a dream come true for hikers, mountain bikers, and nature lovers—not to be missed!
