The 100 square meter apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a large double bed and one with two 100 cm. wide single beds, a 140 cm wide futon bed, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, as well as a spacious living and dining area for up to 8 people with panoramic windows leading into the open, fully equipped kitchen with separate pantry and direct access Exit to the terrace, so that they are suitable for smaller events or seminars. In the cold season you can fire the stove, with which you can even cook and bake.
Equipment in the living area: In the entrance area a wardrobe and a full length mirror, in the living area 2 large leather sofas (three seater) with coffee table and large flat screen TV, a lazy chair, a shelf wall, a small music system, a desk, in the dining area a large table with 8 chairs, the already mentioned 140 cm. Futon bed for one to two people, and a wood-burning stove.
Washing machine and dryer are available on site for a fee. W-Lan is also available, the use is by appointment, as well as the provision of cot and high chair. If you do not bring your own sheets, you can rent linen locally for 10 euros per person per stay.
On the terrace you can smoke in all cosiness and on long nights even use the adjacent fireplace.
The property is located far from the traffic between fields with views to the horizon. By foot, it goes directly into the countryside down to the swimming area on Unteruckersee, the station Seehausen (Uckermark) is within walking distance in 25 minutes.
We kindly ask you to arrive for your keys between 16:00 and 18:00 and leave before 10:00. Other arrival and departure times must be arranged individually. Because of the more remote shopping, the journey with at least one car makes sense; for the apartment are on the plot car parking spaces available. If you want, you can rent a bike.
