The 55 square meter maisonette apartment has been lovingly designed by an interior designer and combines a modern hut character with modern elements: in the spacious living / dining area you will find the designer couch where you can listen to radio, read or watch TV. If the TV program does not give you anything, you might like one of the available movies on DVD. Do you prefer to surf the Internet? No problem, Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge and unlimited. In your open kitchen you will find stove / oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker and an additional Senseo-Pad machine, as well as of course a toaster, egg cooker and everything that belongs to a kitchen. There is also an electric fondue and a raclette machine for social hours. The comfortable bedroom in the gallery can be closed with a sliding door and invites you to dream. From the sunny balcony with table and chairs as well as 2 comfortable deckchairs, you can enjoy the view of the majestic Hochgrat. The bathroom has a shower. Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the house. Your sports equipment can be found in the lockable cellar, your car parked on its own parking space.
From the quiet apartment, it is only a few minutes walk through the beautiful spa gardens to the center of Oberstaufen, the couples love singles. Within walking distance: Numerous bars, in which a lot of dancing, laughing and chatting, good restaurants, small shops to marvel and browse, nice cafes. A hit is the hut “scene” around Oberstaufen with Gaudi, great views and delicious food.
And of course, the sport is not too short: In the summer hiking, mountain biking, swimming in the Alpsee or summer toboggan run or golf in Buflings and Steibis. In winter, 120 km of groomed cross-country trails (night trails in place). The ski slopes can be reached with the ski lifts in Sinswang, Hündle, Imberg and Thalkirchdorf. Ski rental and ski schools are on site. Ski tours are possible on the Hochgrat. The Aquaria panorama water park also offers a lot of variety. Or you can make wonderful trips to Lake Constance, the Alpsee or Neuschwanstein Castle.
With your Allgäu Walser Card, excursions are cheap. In 137 leisure facilities in the Allgäu and the Kleinwalsertal, visitors receive discounted admission with the Allgäu-Walser-Card. In Oberstaufener Aquaria Aquaria water fun is capitalized – once 1 hour (per stay) is free with the guest card. If you want to stay longer, the value of this hour will be deducted from the actual entrance fee. With each additional visit you will receive a discount of 10% on the regular entrance fees. Aktiv-Zentrum-Jürgen Koch offers a sparkling outdoor experience at discounted prices. How about a round of rafting or snowshoeing?
