Welcome to your wonderful holiday in our cozy apartment.
On approximately 40 sqm are living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and south balcony. The optimal occupancy is from 1 to 3 adults or from 1 to 2 adults with up to 2 children (max 4 persons). Pets are allowed (up to 2 dogs).
Fast internet, WLAN and landline telephone are at your disposal free of charge, as is parking in the underground car park.
In the summer you can use the mountain railways in Oberstdorf and the Kleinwalsertal with our guest card as often as you like (summer mountain rail ticket included).
From our apartment to the train station, bus station and the pedestrian zone, you have a walking distance of only 5 minutes. Shops for daily needs, a bakery, a pizza and kebab service are in the immediate vicinity. Numerous restaurants and the village center are only a few minutes walk away.
Wonderful hiking and biking trails, climbing routes, the breathtaking panorama of the Allgäu Alps, breathtaking nature games and, last but not least, excellent gastronomy await you in Oberstdorf. Experience the beauty of the flowers and the animal world in the mountains, which is otherwise known only from television. In winter, Oberstdorf offers splendid ski slopes and cross-country ski runs in all levels of difficulty as well as a variety of cleared and prepared hiking trails. The variety of recreational opportunities is almost inexhaustible here in every season.
