From the west balcony you can enjoy a free view over the whole Balderschwanger valley, the Austrian and Swiss Alps (Säntis) and the Nagelfluhkette. The playground in the garden is very well visible from the balcony.
Here you can relax in a private atmosphere to the last rays of sunshine the day and make new plans for the next day, for example. For example, an exciting family hike on the “Zitlong Weg” in Balderschwang.
The house Alpenrösle has been classified by the DTV with four stars. It is located above Balderschwang in the Allgäu, in the sun-drenched, slightly elevated district Oberberg. Away from the through traffic and with a free, unobstructed view of the whole valley, the Nagelfluhkette and the underlying Austrian and Swiss mountains. Here all guests will find their well-deserved rest and relaxation and appreciate the pleasurable atmosphere very special.
The apartment
Arrive and feel at home. Rural, modern living in a quiet 3-room family apartment with 60 square meters, for 1 – 4 people (+ 1 baby bed). Also good for four adults or two couples. Two separate bedrooms, sunlit living room with sofa, modern and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher etc., dining area partly with tiled stove, shower / WC, hairdryer, radio CD player, LED TV and Wi-Fi.
South terrace with balcony furniture, relaxation lounger and private garden (ground floor apartment).
Bed linen, hand and bath towels and tea towels are also available. The house has a washer and dryer for a fee, lockable ski storage and a heated boot room. As a special comfort, guests are offered a bread roll, breakfast and beverage service. You can also rent a complete set of baby equipment as well as snowshoes and free sledges.
For your personal well-being, the offer includes massages and spa treatments. The two-time use of the in-house panoramic sauna is included per week’s stay.
