JAM’s Gipfelglück – the apartment with south-facing balcony, indoor pool & sauna as well as many summit views opened in summer 2017 after extensive renovation the gates in Oberstdorf-Tiefenbach.
Our apartment is the ideal starting point for the ascent of the Allgäu summit, the visit of the Breitachklamm, the skiing in the Kleinwalsertal and much more what Oberstdorf is the southernmost holiday resort in Germany.
2017 we have a modern vinyl floor in the living room, bedroom, hall and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed (2x2m). There is also a cozy sofa bed in the living room (new 2017).
The very well equipped kitchen was installed in 2017 and has, a. Via a dishwasher, stove incl. Oven and Senseo coffee machine.
The bathroom has a shower.
The special highlight is the south-facing balcony overlooking the summit of the Kleinwalsertal.
The indoor swimming pool for shared use (closed from Nov. – Christmas) and sauna (2 € / hour) are to be used by our guests.
Important to know: the house has an elevator and a reserved parking is waiting in front of the house on you!
Ski and bicycle storage for free use.
The tourist tax charged by the municipality of Oberstdorf is included in the price. The final cleaning i. H. V. 50 € will be charged additionally.
We need your name, address and date of birth so that we can register you.
Bed linen and towels are to be brought by the tenant.
