Property Description
Our spacious and bright apartment with 3 rooms (67 sqm) is at ground level on the ground floor and has its own entrance. A large bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a cupboard. This is also an extra bed for another person can be placed.
On a smaller bedroom has a single bed, which can be extended for additional sleeping space below, and a dresser.
Bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet are separate.
Compared to the large picture window in the open, not locked the living room is the dining area. A living wall in country style, TV, CD player and sofa allow a comfortable time whereabouts.
The sofa can be pulled out when needed, making two more sleeps created. Here, however, it must be noted that the living room is open! (= Less sleep Comfort!)
A small kitchen has Cerano hob, oven, coffee maker “Philips Senseo” for pads, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. A basic set on crockery, cutlery & Co. is also there.
Shopping facilities are: Edeka 1 km in 10 min. walking distance and Feneberg about 2 km.

Bad Hindelang is about 850 meters above sea level in the Upper Allgäu, one of the most popular holiday regions. The apartment is an ideal starting point for exploring the Allgäu. The close proximity to Ostrach and Imberger horn makes it possible to start a hiking tour right outside the door. Even in winter the main trails are cleared. The elevator horn lift is just a 5 min walk. Here you can test its limits in the summer Mountine Bike Park & ??Down Hill, and the sled a lot of fun in the winter!
Oberjoch ski is in 10 minutes. accessible by car, and a ski bus stops right there near the apartment. Diejeniege who are not fans runway, find a cross country trail directly behind the house.
