The listed building has a long history dating back to 1723.
Everything your heart desires can be achieved effortlessly and without a car thanks to its central location. Shopping at its best in the immediate vicinity of your domicile. The gastronomy knows no bounds: Whether typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine or for the discerning palate – everything can be reached on foot within a few minutes.
The chalet “Hochgrat” can be reached effortlessly in the attic with the modern elevator and of course has free Wi-Fi.
With its 120 square meters, the suite “Hochgrat” impresses with its generosity and its high-quality equipment in all living areas and still retains the typical Allgäu charm. The real wood floor and the 400-year-old reclaimed wood beams give the whole thing that certain something.
The suite welcomes guests in the spacious entrance hall. The wardrobe also offers plenty of space for the slightly thicker clothes. From the hallway, there are three beautifully designed bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All bedrooms, of course, in the typical rustic Allgäustil, are equipped with flat-screen TV’s and desk corner and provide enough space in the farmers cabinets for the luggage.
The first bathroom, kept in natural stone, is equipped with a noble washstand, a shower, a sauna, WC and bidet, towel warmer and hair dryer. In the second bathroom there is next to the beautiful vanity to the shower still a bathtub, in addition also towel warmer and hair dryer.
The heart of this dream home is the large living and dining area with a ceiling height of almost 5 meters, hanging down in the middle of the unique chandelier. The living area is furnished with a noble leather sofa corner and leather armchairs. From here you have a direct view of the rotatable large flat screen TV and the stove. And of course, the dry beech wood is ready for you for the first furnace filling free of charge.
The noble, open plan kitchen is equipped with everything that is expected of modern kitchens today. An automatic coffee machine of the Jura brand, a wine cabinet and other high quality WMF accessories are just a small selection of the rich kitchen equipment. And at the small bar with bar stools you can enjoy a glass of wine after a nice day’s holiday.
A few more stairs up another eye-opener: the gallery overlooking the spacious living-dining area. Here is an area with leather armchair and leather sofa that invites you to read and slow down. On the other hand, the gallery also offers other three guests comfortable sleeping, should the three bedrooms in the lower area are not enough. Just take off the leather armchair or the leather sofa and there is room to sleep. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 9 guests.
Not to be missed is of course the separate small utility room with washing machine and dryer. And of course, the car is well taken care of. This can be safely accommodated in the single garage, from which one has direct access to the corridor and to the elevator.
