The newly built 3-family house, which was completed in May 2016 located at 1000m altitude in one of the most beautifully situated regions in the Black Forest, right in the idyllic Hofsgrund, overlooking the Hausberg Schauinsland. Our newly and lovingly furnished apartment with 115sqm and a large balcony to “just once off” at sunset provides the perfect opportunity as the starting point for many hikes, bike rides and abundant recreational trips (Steinwasenpark 5min) with bus stop right outside the front door. Bakery, inn, shop, children’s playground, Dobelsee, Winter sports shop and places its own ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity. For animal lovers we have in the backyard of the large area our small farm with suckler cow herd, horses and 2 cats, which invite to rural relaxation and let small eyes shine. Even cities trips are not forgotten, because our well-known, multi-faceted city of Freiburg can be reached already in 25 minutes and brings with shopping tour, Museum Day or city guide optimal variety. In the immediate vicinity are also the Euopapark in Rust as well as Strassbourg and Basel.
Regarding the restaurant situation we have a restaurant with terrace 50m away from our house. As well as 3 other guest houses, which can be reached within 5 minutes by car.
