The ground floor apartment can also be rented without UG.

During the warmer months there are a covered south-facing terrace with garden available. Here you can relax on the deck, organize a fun barbecue or with the dreamlike Kofelblick forget the world.
From your apartment you can explore the mountains of the Ammergau Alps on foot or by the lifts / cableway. You can also cycle by bike (bike rental around the corner) to one of the many attractions.
In winter the skiing is about 300 meters away from the apartment. There you get 5 lifts and 1 chair lift and 4 ski lifts to the slopes of various kinds for children, beginners, intermediate and advanced. If required there are 2 ski schools ready with appropriate courses.
For cross-country skiers there are 80 km of groomed trails with appropriate skating track.
The local sports shops provide all the equipment for each sport.
If you like tobogganing, you can use our 3 sledge for free.
On 06 and 07. 02. 2015 will be held the international King Ludwig run in Oberammergau.
For bikers: The next king Ludwig Bike Cup will take place on 02 and 03. July 2016 instead.
