The City Loft 1 was extended in 2018 by the City Loft 2, which is designed for four people. The two lofts are right next to each other.
The City Loft 1 was completed in December 2017 and has a premium equipment. All rooms are provided in the cold season with a pleasant, healthy low-temperature floor heating.
Balcony: The access to the City Loft 1 on the west side via an external staircase, which opens on a beautiful, spacious covered balcony with 2 meters wide and 5 meters in length. The balcony is perfect for sunbathing and sunset.
Kitchen: The equipment includes a fully furnished, fully functioning, large, new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, extractor fan, large fridge, extra freezer and a dining table for six people. In the kitchen are coffee maker, toaster, kettle, teapot and crockery and cutlery for 10 people. Dishcloths and Spülmaschinentabs and waste containers (waste separation) are available.
Living room: In the living room is a new couch with bed function (140x200cm) and a new TV and desk with electricity. Game collection in the TV cabinet. The evening lighting is adjustable as needed. Flooring natural wood oak.
Bathroom: The exclusive designer bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. Rainforest shower, bathtub, bidet, double vanity with large mirror cabinet provides a cozy atmosphere. For each guest are each a hand and bath towels ready. Walls and floor tiled.
Bedroom red and blue: Both bedrooms contain two beds with allergy-free bedding, two closets, two bedside tables, a desk with lamp, a clothes rack. Flooring natural wood oak.

Due to the above mentioned facilities City Loft 1 is not suitable for pets. Similarly, the introduction of hazardous substances of any kind is strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited. For violations, an additional cleaning and handling fee of 2. 000,00 EUR is due immediately. This also applies to any visitors of our guests.
